Trudi Zilahy, LMT has been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2003 when she received her massage license from the European Institute for Massage Therapy. Recently relocated to Warren, Pennsylvania. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and help facilitate self healing, empowering everyone I work on to live better and healthier lives. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals. Currently, I'm self-employed and enjoy working with a variety of clients. I specialize in several massage modalities including classic Swedish massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, geriatric massage and prenatal massage. I also hold various continuing educational certificates for a myriad of modalities.

My Professional Development
I became a professional Massage Therapist in 2003 after discovering the power of alternative healing firsthand. For more than two decades, I've worked as a licensed massage therapist, first at an exclusive Resort and Spa and now solo through my own practice. When covid hit, as an LMT my private practice had to be closed down. Making a huge life altering decision to start over, I decided to relocate to a cooler climate. November of 2020 I moved to Erie, Pa with the hopes of starting over once the pandemic had ended. Unbeknownst to us all, the pandemic lasted a few years longer then we all anticipated. July 2023 I moved to Warren, Pa and now that I'm settled in and had adjusted to a slower lifestyle, I am able to start all over again and offer my massage services to those in need.
