I’m Here for You
Below are answers to frequently asked questions. If there is something I’ve missed, please don’t hesitate to ask. For more information, get in touch. I look forward to meeting you soon.

What should I expect from my first session?
During your first massage session, expect a consultation to discuss your needs and concerns, a comfortable environment with appropriate draping, a variety of techniques like gliding strokes and kneading depending on the massage style, regular check-ins from your therapist to ensure your comfort level with pressure, and the ability to communicate any areas you want focused on or discomfort you might be experiencing; the primary goal is to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, with the option to customize the experience to your preferences.
Initial consultation:
Your therapist will ask about your health history, areas of tension, and desired pressure level to tailor the massage to your needs
Draping:
You will be covered with a sheet and a warm blanket, with only the area being massaged exposed.
Communication is key:
Speak up if you feel discomfort, want more pressure on a specific area, or need to adjust the massage style.
Variety of techniques:
Depending on the massage type, your therapist may use different strokes like gliding, kneading, or trigger point therapy.
Pressure control:
Your therapist will check in regularly to ensure the pressure is comfortable.
Relaxing atmosphere:
Expect a quiet, serene environment with soft lighting, aromatherapy and relaxing massage music.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?
Please take a shower before you arrive. If you're not feeling well, please reschedule our appointment. If you have any skin conditions or foot fungus, please don't schedule an appointment till it's cleared up. I recommend going to the bathroom before your session, but it can occasionally happen that you'll need to go during the massage. I want you to be relaxed, so if you're focusing on holding it in, it’ll interfere with your experience. So do speak up, and I'll let you know where the bathroom is.
